Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit only. International orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Returned items must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Exchanges and new purchases made with store credit are subject to shipping fees. If there was a mistake on the part of Red Bird's House, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please return your goods to:

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. Red Bird's House will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
